What we collect

• Account info: email address and authentication credentials (via Supabase Auth).
• Billing info: handled directly by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
• Uploaded video and derived data: the video file, a moderation-check frame, the predicted activation data computed from it, and the generated report.
• Basic usage data needed to operate the product (credit balance, scan history, timestamps).

How we use it

Solely to run the analysis pipeline, generate your report, meter usage against your plan, and operate billing. We don't sell your data. We don't use your uploaded video to train shared models unless you separately opt in.

Where it's stored

Video files and analysis data live in org-scoped storage buckets with row-level security, meaning only members of your organization can read them. Reports and scan data are generated by calling the Anthropic API with a compact structured summary of predicted activation — never the raw video itself.

Retention and deletion

You can delete any upload and everything derived from it at any time from your dashboard — this permanently removes the video file, the stored activation data, and the report. Billing records tied to a deleted scan are retained in an anonymized form for accounting purposes.

Third parties we rely on

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
• Anthropic (Claude) — generates the narrative report from structured, non-video data.
• Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
• Vercel — application hosting.

Your rights

You can access, export, or delete your data at any time through your account. To close your account entirely, contact us at the support address listed on our pricing page.
