1. What Axony is
Axony analyzes video you upload and produces a predicted, model-generated estimate of brain-activation response and related engagement metrics. It is not a medical or diagnostic device, does not perform a literal brain scan of any person, and does not guarantee real-world video performance. Every report is an estimate from a predictive model, not a measurement of an actual viewer.
2. Your account
You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement to sign up.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of any video you upload. You're responsible for having the rights to upload it and to have it analyzed. We use your video only to run the analysis pipeline and, unless you separately opt in, never to train shared models. You can delete an upload and its analysis at any time from your dashboard; deletion removes the video file, the derived analysis data, and the report.
4. Content moderation
Every upload passes through an automated content-moderation check before analysis. We do not permit illegal content, including any content involving the sexual exploitation of minors, and we cooperate with legal reporting obligations where they apply. Uploads that fail moderation are not analyzed and may be reviewed further or removed.
5. Billing
Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance through Stripe. Plan credits reset each billing cycle; pay-as-you-go top-up credits remain valid for 12 months from purchase. You can cancel anytime from your account's billing page — cancelling stops future renewals but doesn't refund the current period.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use Axony to try to identify, profile, or make claims about real, identifiable individuals from their reaction to content — the model estimates a general predicted response, not any specific person's brain activity. Don't attempt to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
